How does transcription work? What happens if speech is unclear?
The recording goes to Google Gemini 2.5 Flash for transcription and then to Gemini 3 Pro to extract 20 proposal fields. Unclear spots are flagged with low confidence so you can review them in the editor. A 30-second WhatsApp-style summary typically gets 85% accuracy. A 3-minute monologue with background noise drops much lower. Short and focused is better.
How do I cancel my account? What happens to my proposals?
Delete via Settings → Account → Delete. Unsigned proposals are removed. Signed proposals are retained for 7 years as required by eIDAS / ESIGN / Israeli Electronic Signature Law 2001 — no way around it even on request. You will receive a data export before deletion.
Do you sell my data?
No. Ever. Our only revenue source is plan fees. No advertising partnerships, no third-party sale, no training of external models on your content. Your data is used solely to deliver the service you ordered.
How can the AI be wrong? What do I do when it is?
AI is good but not perfect. Common errors: foreign names transliterated wrong, rounded prices re-rounded, services swallowed mid-sentence. That is why the editor lets you correct every field before publishing. The first screen shows you the 20 fields with confidence scores — red = check, green = trust. Final responsibility for proposal content is yours.
How long are my proposals kept?
Unsigned — until you delete them. Signed — exactly 7 years from signature date. Transcripts are deleted after 90 days. Raw audio files after 24 hours.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Settings → Account → Export. You will receive a JSON file with all proposals + HTML files of every published proposal. Right to portability (GDPR Art. 20) is guaranteed. We commit to responding within 30 days of your request.
Is digital signing in the system legally valid?
Yes. In Israel — under the Electronic Signature Law 2001. In the US — under ESIGN (15 U.S.C. §7001). In the EU — under eIDAS as a Simple Electronic Signature (SES). Every signature is stored with a canonical SHA-256 hash, IP, User-Agent and timestamp — making it admissible in court. Some contracts (e.g. major real-estate) may require a Qualified Electronic Signature — not supported by us.
Which languages are supported?
Three full languages today: Hebrew, English and Spanish. You can speak in any — the system detects and transcribes. A proposal is created in the language you spoke in (cannot be changed after creation to preserve legal consent integrity). Arabic, French and German are on the future roadmap.
What is the difference between Free, Pro and Business?
Free — 3 proposals/month, with "Powered by My Special Offer" at the bottom. Pro ($29/month) — 50 proposals, no branding, all features. Business ($89/month) — unlimited, team of up to 5 users (coming soon), advanced analytics. During Beta, everything is free.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. We implement GDPR from day one: Art. 28 (DPA ready), Art. 15-22 (data subject rights, 30-day SLA), Art. 33 (breach notification within 72h), Art. 44-49 (transfers under SCCs). Analytics via PostHog hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). If you're an EU business — we will sign the DPA formally on request.
